A Little Bit About Me

Hello everyone,

Welcome to my blog. My name is Jordan Zabel, I’m a so-called writer and usually spend my free time writing, reading, or playing video games. I’m also a student and am working towards my BS in Communications. I have roughly two years until graduation.

I was born and raised in Washington state in a town called Olympia, in which I still reside. Complaints are often made about how much rain we get here, but I’ve always enjoyed it. It’s somewhat therapeutic, and as someone who likes to keep to themselves and avoid human interaction, it gives me more opportunity to experience time to myself.

I also worked in customer service for three years at a local business. I look back at my time there fondly, the experience was invaluable, and I learned a great deal from time, but by the end, my passion had all but completely dissipated and eventually resulted in the decision to depart from that stage of my life to seek out new professional and creative passions.

Since then, I’ve been focusing on writing and school, making progress on some projects that I’ve been putting off. That desire has also led to the creation of this blog, with a desire to seek out and improve on these skills. My goal is to convey my passions and even improve upon my writing abilities while also learning more about myself and cracking open the safe that is creativity and happiness.

I look forward to this journey, and I appreciate you taking the time to read my introduction, and I hope that you will stick around with me as I continue down this journey.
